This takes an experienced glass blower to get the layers exact, and also an experienced glass cutter to get the cuts in each row the same size.

Condition: Excellent with no chips, scratches or damage of any kind. One flea bite size glass bubble on top of the rim by the glassblower. Also one spot inside the glass by the glassblower too.
